easy checking valet parking great staff unpleasant sofa mouldy dishwasher missing introduction
Checking in was easy and valet parking worked well. The staff provided great service. The amenities were good and local experiences are nearby.
The sofa had unpleasant smells, it needs replacing. The dishwasher requires a deep clean, I saw mould. I wasn't introduced to the facilities when I arrived.

A great stay
comfortable bed spacious room excellent service ample room
The beds were comfortable. I didn't want to leave it in the morning. Rooms were spacious with large areas. This gave us ample room to relax. The service was ALWAYS excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
The location was fine, THOUGH the parking was hard to locate.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay
comfortable beds spacious areas excellent service
The beds were comfortable so it made getting up difficult each morning. The rooms included two spacious areas that offered ample room for relaxation. I found the service to be excellent. The staff addressed every need promptly. The pool area featured a beautiful, relaxing spa.

Our large, self-contained apartment on the 9th floor included a spare bedroom plus a balcony. The street view from the balcony was very nice. Ample toiletries, tea, coffee, snacks and a mini bar stocked with various items were available.

harbour proximity great vibe efficient staff
i really enjoyed the proximity to darling harbour , it was super convenient. the reception area had a great vibe. the staff were friendly and efficient , lift access was quick.
i found the consumables to be quite scarce for the duration of my stay.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
inconsistent replacements unclean floor
The housekeeping service was a definite issue. They entered the room multiple times even with the 'do not disturb' sign displayed. Replacements weren't consistent. I received dishwasher tablets for the washing machine. The floor didn't seem to be cleaned during my week-long stay, especially noticeable with hair accumulating in the bathroom.
